PROGRAMS FOR COMPANIES

The objective of sailing in the waters of the Adriatic sea, from 3 to 5 days, is to create a motivated and efficient company team.
And all this aboard our marvellous 12 metre sailing boats, which host up to 6 people in comfortable cabins, together with professional and skilled Skippers.

The aims are the following:

- To facilitate the tearing down of internal bureaucracy by creating a team of "problem solvers".
- To facilitate delicate business operations (take-overs, buy-outs, etc.).
- To integrate the management staff in a short time.
- To develop in managers the following characteristics: personal leadership, relational emotional competence, global vision of the company, ability to work in a team.
- To devise together challenging and motivating projects, encourage and develop a sense of belonging to the company (special edition for salespeople).
- To elaborate on behalf of the teams strategic projects for the company, working with creativity, total concentration and commitment.
- To provide evaluation on leadership abilities while in action.
