GRADO CHARTER - SAILING SCHOOL
We are able to supply personalized courses according to the requirements of the participants. Thanks to our federal instructor and to the staff that supports him, Grado Charter provides different training levels.

WEEKEND BASIC COURSE
Grado Charter offers you the opportunity to acquire the necessary experience in order to be able to handle with confidence any situation at sea. Under the attentive guidance of our Federal Instructor, Franco CODIGLIA, you will learn all that is necessary on board our boat. The course is divided into two also non-consecutive weekends. Should you miss one or more lessons, you will be able to catch up in the following courses, whenever places are available.
1° WEEK END
First day: Main vocabulary and basic information, wind, points of sailing, boat and equipment terminology, rigging and basic knots, safety on board, gear necessary, how to man a boat. To sea for first boarding. Second day Practice session out at sea, use of the rudder.
2° WEEK END
First day: Aerodynamic force, point of sailing from the bowline to the stern, shape and setting of sails. Practice exercise at sea, mooring and unmooring, anchoring at quay. Second day: Reduction of the sail surface in navigation, reduction of the rolling genoa and bitt of reeves, safety in bad weather. Use of the spinnaker. Practice exercise at sea, man in sea, basic information on meteorology
The course starts at 10:00 every Saturday and ends at 17:00. It starts again at 10:00 on Sunday, closing at 17:00. Overnight on board is possible.

Groups of 6 people	300,00 € per person for 2 weekends
Groups of 5 people	350,00 € per person for 2 weekends
Groups of 4 people	400,00 € per person for 2 weekends
Single bookings are accepted. The course will be activated only upon reaching no. 4 enrolments.
For a weekend	250,00 € per persona
For two weekends	400,00 € per persona
Overnight on board	25,00 € per person for 2 weekends

FULL IMMERSION WEEKEND COURSE
The courses, on request, can be personalised according to the clients' requirements, also with full immersion mini cruises leaving on Saturday at 10:00 and returning on Sunday at 17:00. Full immersion mini sailing school cruises for a minimum of 4 people up to a maximum of 6 people with the participants responsible for the storeroom.

DEEP-SEA SAILING COURSE - 7 DAYS
This course includes the use of cruising boats that host the participants and the federal instructor of the school on board. The aim of the course is to learn sea-faring skills without giving up the pleasure of cruising among the islands and the ports of Croatia and Dalmatia. The course is open to both beginners and expert sailors. Those who enrol will have to take part in the daily running of the boat, getting involved in sailing, in kitchen chores, in mooring and in cleaning, all under the guidance of the Federal Instructor Mr Franco CODIGLIA and of his crew, in order to always guarantee maximum safety.
PROGRAM Embarking: Saturday at 17:00 Return: following Saturday at 9:00 Organization on board, stowage and storeroom, sailing day and night, estimated sailing along the coast, charting, manoeuvres on sail and engine in the open sea and in the ports, g.p.s., radio, safety systems, rescuing man in sea, basic information on meteorology and first aid. Base: Grado Period: Every week throughout the year Duration: 7 days Craft: Elan 410, Oceanis 43. Note: These courses are designed for groups of up to 4 people
